Results of the First Day of the Kazakhstan Show Jumping Championship
Today, the Kazakhstan Show Jumping Championship kicked off in the capital city. The first day of the competition was filled with tension, excitement, and spectacular performances, bringing together over 40 riders from various regions of the country at the “Argymak” Equestrian Sports and Wellness Complex arena. Athletes demonstrated a high level of preparation, precise technique, and exceptional horsemanship skills.
Course №1 — Group “A”, up to 135 cm
In a close and thrilling competition, Oleg Sokolenkо riding Cinderella (Prestige Horse Club) claimed victory with a flawless round and the best time — 57.59 seconds with no penalties.
Raisa Sokolenkо on Uran-Nad Vigrami (Prestige Horse Club)took second place with 4 penalty points and a time of 56.59 seconds.
Aзамат Хасенов on Moon Fairy (Kokpar Astana) finished third, earning 4 penalty points in 59.84 seconds.
Course №2 — Group “B”, up to 120 cm
The fastest and most accurate performance of the day came from Shyngys Malikazhar on Nemse (Shymkent Equestrian Club), who completed the course in 50.20 seconds with no penalties.
Estella Babayan, also from Shymkent, on Taymaz, took second place with a time of 54.40 seconds.
Nurbolat Kartkozhak on Burkit (Prestige Horse Club) placed third with a time of 55.04 seconds.
The first day concluded on a bright and emotional note, setting a high standard for the rest of the Championship. Tomorrow, riders will face new courses and continue their fight for the top positions.
