A New President Elected for the Equestrian Federation of Kazakhstan

Rustam Bayaliyev, Head of the Regional Development Monitoring Department at the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has been elected as the new President of the Equestrian Federation of Kazakhstan.

Today, on March 12, an Extraordinary Electoral Conference of the NGO “Equestrian Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan” was held at the “Argymak” Equestrian Wellness Complex. During the conference, elections were held to appoint the new head of the national public association.

At the end of the meeting, the Federation expressed its gratitude to all participants for their active involvement in the elections and support for the new leader.

In his address to the conference attendees, Rustam Bayaliyev emphasized the importance of developing equestrian sports in the country:

“For Kazakhstan, equestrian sport is not just a type of competition — it is a part of our national heritage and a step toward its integration into the global arena. Our goal is to strengthen Kazakhstan’s position in international competitions, create opportunities for young talents to grow, attract a new generation of athletes, and promote disciplines such as eventing, show jumping, dressage, and more. I believe that together, we can raise the level of Kazakh equestrian sports and make it competitive on the world stage. The Federation, in turn, will actively support initiatives to develop infrastructure and improve rider training.”
