The Future of Kazakhstan’s Equestrian Sport Will Be Shaped in Astana

The Republic of Kazakhstan Show Jumping Championship for Young Horses will take place from 25 to 27 July 2026 at the Argymak Sports and Equestrian Complex in Astana. As the country’s premier national competition for young sport horses, the championship will identify Kazakhstan’s best young talents and serve as an important step in building the future national team.

The championship will bring together the country’s strongest horse-and-rider combinations from all regions of Kazakhstan. Young horses aged 4 to 7 will compete, demonstrating their athletic ability, technique, endurance, and readiness to perform at the highest level. Competitions like these lay the foundation for future international success.

The event is organized by the Equestrian Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the Committee for Sports and Physical Culture of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Sports Development Directorate. The championship will be conducted in accordance with the FEI Rules, ensuring a high standard of organization, fair judging, and compliance with international horse welfare standards.

The development of young horses is a strategic investment in the future of Kazakhstan’s equestrian sport.
